Tuesday morning I got on the scale and was down 2.8lbs! Yippe! Actually I'm more thrilled that I tracked every single day last week from Tuesday to Tuesday. This is a very busy time of year for me and will be from now until about October or so which makes it a little harder, though that's just an excuse I know!
On Saturday morning I ran a full two miles in 28 minutes and was oh so very proud of myself. I know it's really slow, but still I was super psyched! LOL
Getting back to the basics of WW really helped me and I'm so thankful that I was able to make it a full week OP.
Things are good, I feel good and look forward to this week.

ReplyDeleteI'm not thinking my weight will be very good when I get back. It's hard to watch my calorie count here. BUT I have not had any sweets!! So I'm proud of that.
