Ok so here we are.........

Tuesday was good.....Wednesday wasn't even worth talking about...........today is going well so far.  I lay in bed last night and planned my day for today and so far so good!  Got up this morning and got Tulip and Star milked, then The Youngun, Miss Neighbor, and I went for a lovely 30 minute jog.  I can't even tell you what a difference it makes in my day to get that jog in.  Then a nice healthy breakfast of a mushroom and onion smothered egg, piece of plain toast, banana, and a 1/2 cup of fresh cold goat's milk.  Delicious!  I've already recorded in my tracker what I'm having for dinner and supper and that feels great too. 

I haven't been following my rules lately.  As a matter of fact I've totally been acting like a wild jungle child who doesn't know what rules are!  That's not good for me.  I need structure and rules in my eating life. 

Anyway, every day is a new day and as long as you keep trying, then that's all that matters and I will never never give up!

  2. Structure is good. Trackers really help. Whenever I used to have major issues with my eating, I would go back to loggin' everything. Once I even started turning my food journal in to the husband at night for him to look over it. I knew if I didn't want to write it down so he would see it, I better not eat it. I helped me be accountable.

    Losing weight and gettin' healthy the right way is so hard. Guess that's why so many people look for an easy way out. But you are determined and strong, you'll make it.
